Hey guys,
We're back from our usual Summer break (and have finally caught up on sleep from Fragapalooza) which means it's time for another LAN!
Once again we are teaming up with our friends from GarageLAN to present: HallowLAN! Last year we had 64 people show up for a full weekend of gaming, and we hope to do it again this year. However, since the hall is limited in size, and we want to make sure both groups have equal representation, we are limiting the number of people per group to 40 each.
MegaFPS goers can sign up on this site (you have to create a new account to sign up for the LAN), GarageLAN goers will be signing up on their site.
What: HallowLAN!
When: October 29-31, 2010
Where: Goldbar Community Hall 4620 105 Ave (map)
Games: Anything and Everything! But expect usual games like Battlefield: BC2/Vietnam, StarCraft 2, ETQW, SupCom 1&2, Flatout, Trackmania, Starcraft 1&2, Civilization 4, Company of Heroes (Blitzkrieg Mod), TF2, Unreal Tournament, and Left4Dead2 but we are always willing to play new/different games :)

June LAN Wrapup

All good things must come to an end, and the same applied to our June LAN. We had about 27 people show up, which made for many fun games and good times. I took a small number of pictures, and they will be up shortly.
The next LAN is of course Fragapalooza, and after that, the next MegaFPS LAN will be another merger with our friends at GarageLAN for "HallowLAN 2k10", so start planning your costumes now!
Finally, MegaFPS has a Bad Company 2 ranked 32 man server! Just search for "MegaFPS" (Case sensitive) in the bc2 server browser and join us for a few games :) See you on the battlefield |

June LAN!

With SmarchLAN being wrapped up (pictures coming soon), we are already stoked for our next LAN.
Our next LAN will be June 4, 5, 6th weekend, then we will be taking a break for Fragapalooza!
Details below for our yet-to-be-named June LAN:

When: June 4-5-6 weekend! Starts at 7:00PM Friday
Cost: $20
Games: Once again it`s anything and everything!

Thanks to everyone who came out to our JanLAN event! We had 31 people and a good time had by all I hope :) Pictures will be coming shortly.

We'd also like to announce our next LAN: SmarchLAN! This will be another merger with our friends over at GarageLAN. Our last merger with them (HallowLAN) was a blast with around 60 people, and we hope to do the same again this time! Info is below:

Alright we have a few of the details nailed down for our next LAN :)
It's going to be at the same place (Gold Bar Community Hall), on the weekend of January 15, 16, and 17th.

HallowLAN is over, and was a great success thanks to you!
We had about 53 people at this merger LAN with the GarageLAN guys and it was a blast.

It's time for another MegaFPS LAN!
But we have exciting news! For this LAN we are teaming up with the guys from GarageLAN!
We have been trying to do a merger with GarageLAN for a while so we are very excited for this event.
Where: GoldBar Community Hall 4620-105 Ave
When: October 23-24-25th weekend! Starts at 7:00PM Friday
Cost: $15
Games: Once again it`s anything and everything! (But usual favourites like Battlefield: 2, ETQW, SupCom, Flatout, Trackmania, Starcraft, Civilization, and Left4Dead will for sure be making a comeback)
Signups are now open (you have to create a new account to sign up, old accounts have been deleted). HOWEVER: Since we are combining the groups space is limited. Each group gets 30 spots to fill, so register now! And please make sure that if you sign up, you are for-sure coming. We would hate to turn people away for a spot that isn't going to be filled.
Seating is going to be determined during setup, and as such it will be on a first-come first-serve basis. We also hope this creates a mix of GarageLAN/MegaFPS peeps so people can get to know each other.
Since this is called "HallowLAN" and it's so close to Halloween, dress up in a costume! There may even be a prize for the best costume :) We hope to see you there!
