MegaFPS is a friendly, weekend-long, bring-your-own-computer LAN party for Edmonton-area gamers. Come for the games, stay for the shared screens, strange late-night picks, and people who understand why hauling a PC across town is worth it.
Friday to Sunday
Set up, game, socialize, and make a weekend of it. Exact hours, venue details, and current arrangements are published for each event.
Your game, your pace
Join a big shared game, revisit a classic, try a community-requested server, or play quietly with friends. There is no required game plan.
What people play
The room usually mixes current co-op and multiplayer games with LAN classics, strategy games, party games, survival games, and whatever attendees are excited about. We take suggestions, and may run community-requested servers or shared sessions.
Casual activities, not tournament pressure
We sometimes organize big-room games, themed activities, or random-draw giveaways. They are there to create good moments, not to turn the weekend into a tournament. Join in when it sounds fun; skip it when it does not.
Food, sleep, and the practical details
Each event publishes its current venue, food plans, overnight arrangements, kitchen access, packing guidance, timetable, and departure details. Those details can change from one LAN to the next, so check the current event information before you pack.
